The foundation's collection of instruments comprises around 120 historical guitars, which are either owned by the foundation or held in trust by it. Die Instrumente werden im Rahmen von Ausstellungen und ausgewählten Musikproduktionen, Workshops und Konzerten der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht und unterstützen so zahlreiche künstlerische und wissenschaftliche Projekte, insbesondere im Rahmen der Hochschulausbildung.

The foundation has set itself the task of building up a digital archive of the collection in the coming years, which will be available internationally for information and teaching purposes. The foundation regularly provides information about the instruments on its Facebook channel "World of finest Classical Guitars", which is one of the most subscribed social media channels in the field of international guitar studies with over 36,000 members (as of 07/2024).
